Guidelines

  1. Be early for class (As being late will disrupt the flow of the class).
  2. First come, first served. (Studio might get full at any time; people who are early will definitely have the chance to participate).
  3. Turn off your cell phones and if possible better not to bring it in the studio.
  4. Avoid chatting, yawning, and checking your cell phones during the class.
  5. If you have any health concern (pregnancy, illness, injury or medical condition), or even if you are menstruating please notify your teacher before class. Not every pose is appropriate for everyone.
  6. Please stay for the entire duration of the class. If you need to leave early, tell the teacher beforehand and exit before final relaxation.
  7. Come to practice with an empty stomach or eat 3 hours before you practice.
    Drink plenty of water before (1-2 hours prior) and after practice to be well hydrated. Drinking during practice is not recommended.
  8. Try to practice at your own pace. Do not compete with others.
  9. Prepare to sweat. Please bring a large towel or a yoga blanket. If you do sweat a lot, bring an extra towel.
  10. Bring your own mat. (We have extra mats for use, but they are primarily for first timer students. We recommend, for your own personal hygiene, that you purchase your own mat. Having your own mat is a commitment to your practice).
