ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA - This is an ancient system of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois from the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. Wherein, the teacher will give you certain poses to practice each time you go to class, and will let you know when you are ready to move to the next pose, or add a few more poses. This practice produce intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that makes the body free of disease, light and strong body, and a calm mind. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is either taught in MYSORE or LED style.
Ashtanga MYSORE Class - Where everyone do their own pace. Ideal for beginners and for those who have been practicing for a long time.
Ashtanga LED Class - Where the class practices at the same pace as the teacher gives instruction to the whole group. Not recommended to first timer.
Beginner’s ASHTANGA Led - This is designed for beginners who want to learn the basic aspects of Ashtanga VinyasaYoga. This class is taught in its traditional sequence of postures.
Yoga Flow -This style is inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. However, poses in this class are not done in the same specific order as in Ashtanga Vinyasa. The teacher select poses for the class to suit the abilities of students.
Gentle Yoga - A great introduction for people who are starting with yoga and those who have special concerns, also perfect for people who are practicing for a long time and wants to take their practice into a gentler and softer pace. This focuses on slow and gentle stretching, strengthening and deep breathing.
Inner Dance - Find stillness in movement and movement in stillness. The Inner Dance Experience is healing through energy work and has helped ease many physical and emotional ailments. It has been a catalyst for setting people out on a deeper spiritual path and, in essence, allows one... to find interconnectedness in all things.
Hot Yoga - this type of yoga is performed in a heated room to warm the whole body. This will help optimize the practice of yoga to work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments.

This will offer you or your group to focus on your specific needs. It is ideal for those new to Yoga or those looking to deepen their practice and get one-on-one or group guidance. Prenatal Yoga - a special practice for women in their journey towards motherhood. The prenatal yoga class aims to; enable women to connect deeply with the process of pregnancy; help them prepare for birth; create a conscious awareness of their body and choices during this time. Prenatal yoga will emphasize on breath awareness, helping women breathe for two, and most importantly learn the best way to breathe during labor.
Prenatal yoga also aims to make space for the growing baby and assist in creating the optimal fetal position for the baby. Most especially, it aims to provide mom the strength, courage and confidence to give birth. It is advised that pregnant women seek the clearance from their OB GYN before getting into the practice.
