I always wanted to try Yoga. But since I had the wrong impression that Yoga was done so early in the morning, I was never able to bring myself to wake up and attend Yoga class. During that time, I was struggling with insomnia, so sleeping late and waking up early was such a task just to try Yoga. It took me year to finally bring myself to attend an Ashtanga Yoga class. And it wasn’t even in the morning! Once the class ended I instantly fell in love with the practice and knew, from then on that Yoga would be a major part of my life. I finished my Basic Teacher Training Course with Yoga Philippines and I am very excited and grateful to be able to share the gift of Yoga with anyone interested. - Bree.
